The lot sizes are inconsistent with the City's Compre- <br />hensive Plan. However, the Metropolitan Council has approved this <br />plat. <br /> <br />Based on the Anoka County Soil Survey each of the lots has <br />adequate Class I soils for installation of on-site wastewater <br />disposal systems. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Access points on County Road No. 57 should be approved by the <br />Anoka County Highway Department. <br /> <br />The proposed plat did not follow the platting procedure of the <br />City Code nor were soil borings, topographic data and a resub- <br />division plan provided.
