City Ordinance <br />No. 79-3 requires 25% of the lot area to be Class I soils. <br /> <br />The preliminary plat did not show building setback lines as <br />required by City Code. <br /> <br />5. A resubdivision plan was not provided with the preliminary plat. <br /> <br />As previously stated, access points on County Road No. 5 should be <br />approved by the Anoka County Highway Department. <br /> <br />civil · municipal · planning · soils a land surveying <br /> <br /> <br />
