Sentyrz <br />request to obtain a conditional use permit to do light assembly of bass <br />boats and accessories in his home. <br /> <br /> The property is legally described as Lot 3 Block 1 Whispering Pines <br />Estates Plat #3 and is generally known as 8311 - 158th Lane N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on the variance request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />55303.
