I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I CITY OF RAMSEY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AGREEMENT This contract entered into this __ day of 1984, between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", and Mr. James Sentyrz, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", in conjunction with the issuance to the applicant of a conditional use permit to assemble bass boats at his residence. The conditional use permit is hereby granted contingent upon the applicant agreeing to and complying with the following conditions: 1) At no time shall the applicant have or keep more than two boats on the premises. Z) If there are verified complaints of a noise problem relating to the boat assembly, the applicant shall be warned once and shall thereafter immediately abate the situation. 3) This conditional use permit does not authorize the applicant to conduct a commercial business on the premises. 4) The applicant understands and agrees that this conditional use permit is subject to review at any time and shall be reviewed annually by City Staff for compliance. 5) Any violation of the conditions described herein or any violation of the City Code and/or applicable state and local regulations may be cause for immediate revocation of this conditional use permit by the City Council, after proper notice and hearing. 6) This conditional use permit is issued to the applicant only, is non-assignable and expires one (1) year from date of issue. 7) The premises for which this conditional use permit is issued are commonly known as 8311 - 158th Lane NW, Ramsey, Minnesota and legally described as: Lot 3, Block 1, Whispering Pines Estates Plat 4~3, Anoka County, Minnesota. 8) There shall be no outside storage of business related materials.
