I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner <br />Zimmerman to recommend approval of the proposed findings of fact <br />for Mr. James Sentyrz' request for a conditional use permit to <br />assemble bass boats in his garage located at 8311 158th Lane NW. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners <br />Deemer, Zimmerman, Hendriksen, LaDue and Johnson. Voting No: <br />None. Absent: Co~issioner Kennen. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner <br />Zimmerman to recormnend approval of the proposed conditional use <br />permit for Mr. James Sentyrz to assemble bass boats in his garage <br />located at 8311 -158th Lane NW based on modifications to the <br />conditional use agreement as follows: <br /> <br />Amend Item #1 to read as follows: 'At no time shall the <br />applicant have or keep more than two boats on the premises.' <br /> <br />Amend Item.#6 to read as follows: 'This conditional use <br />permit is issued to the applicant only, is non-assignable <br />and expires one (1) year from date of issue.' <br /> <br />Add the following Item: '8) There shall be no outside <br />storage of business related materials.' <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners <br />Deemer, Zimmerman, Johnson, Hendriksen and LaDue. Voting No: <br />None. Absent: Commissioner Kennen. <br /> <br />Case #5: <br /> <br />Request For Authorization To Subdivide By Metes And <br />Bounds; Case Of Mr. Donald Huff: - <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue <br />to recommend approval of Mr. Donald Huff's request to subdivide <br />Plat 89222 Parcel 2960 by metes and bounds provided minimum <br />frontage on either lot is 160' and minimum acreage is one acre. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners <br />Zi~mmerman, Deemer, Johnson, Hendriksen and LaDue. Voting No: <br />None. Absent: Commissioner Kennen. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recessed at 8:22 p.m. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the meeting back to order at 8:35 p.m. <br /> <br />Case #6: <br /> <br />Presentation By Waste Management Of MinnesOta Of <br />Preliminary Information Relating To Future ConditiOnal <br />Use Perm'it AppliCatiOns On The Ramsey Landfill: <br /> <br />Mr. Edward Moersfelder, attorney for Waste Management of Minnesota, <br />was present and introduced the following persons: Don Otter, <br />Vice President of Waste Management; Terry Miller, Site Operator; <br />Hank Cook, District Engineer for Waste Management; Mr. Roger Berres <br />Director of Real Estate for Waste Management. <br /> <br />Mr. Moersfelder stated that the conditional use permit is requestin~ <br />to add sanitary landfill capacity and recontour that site. <br /> <br />P & Z/June 5, 1984 <br /> Page 5 of 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
