Anoka <br />County letter dated June 14, 1984 .re~ardin~ landfill in- <br />spection re~ort of grounds.) <br /> <br />The following is hereby submitted on this case: <br /> <br />a) Enclosure (D3-b) contains a letter from MPCA to Waste <br />Management which states they have tested certain wells at <br />the Anoka Landfill. This testing of wells is in response <br />to the problems we informed you of in Case 8a D-2 Council <br />agenda dated May 24, 1984. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to note that you have re- <br />ceived the above correspondence and reviewed it. <br /> <br />b) Letter from Anoka County to City of Ramsey dated June 18, <br />1984 regarding list of well sampling points. This letter is <br />contained in the above enclosure and it lists the wells that <br />will be sampled by Minnesota Pollution control Agency. This <br />was also mentioned at the May 24, 1984 Council meeting. <br /> <br />Council Action: No action other than to note you received and <br />reviewed the above stated letter. <br /> <br />c) Landfill Inspection Reports May, 1984 - Enclosure (D3-c) <br />contains the landfill inspection reports for May, 1984. I <br />will report verbally on pages 3 and 4 of the stated enclosure. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to note that you have re- <br />ceived and reviewed said reports and whatever action you may deem <br />necessary. <br /> <br />RECEIVING OF PROPOSAL FOR COMPUTER ROOM AIR CONDITIONING: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-d) contains the price quotes for air conditioning <br />the computer area (which is the City vault area). The following <br />is a list of price quotes: <br /> <br />a) Egan and Sons Company $6,168 plus $785 for wiring <br />Lehn Electric (Please refer to Page 1 of Enclosure (D3-d). <br /> <br />b) Pierce Refrigeration Heating & Air Conditioning $2,948.00 <br />plus $785 for wiring Lehn Electric (Please refer to page 2 of <br />Enclosure (D3-d). <br /> <br />If you have any questions why this air conditioning is needed <br />please refer to Page 3 of Enclosure (D3-d). However this was <br />one of the ancillary items that we said we would need with the <br />computer. <br /> <br /> <br />
