He provides a fine service to the City. We have to <br />use Mr. Bacon in regards to granting burning permits as per City Code. <br />The 1984 budget adjustment provides for these expenditures. We would <br />pay the minimum rate for the part-time employee. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the above <br />requests.
