(For each road indicate the total ADT
and increase in average daily traffic [ADT] contributed by the project.)
Road traffic on several area streets and thoroughfares will increase, during con-
struction. Development resulting from availability of service will result in
long term ADT increases. This will be addressed in specific project EAW's.
Are adequate energy sources and utilities nOw available to service the project?
No x Yes If not, what additional utilities will be required?

SUMMARY OF ISSUES

List the issues (if any) as identified by 'yes" answers above. Discuss alternatives
and mitigative measures for these issues.
1. Dewatering during construction activities will probably require a DNR permit for water
appropriation. Discharge of dewatering water wall not require treatment since it will
not be contaminated.
2. Initial flows from the Ramsey 2nd interceptor are not expected to result in overload
at the Anoka waste treatment facility. The interceptor at full capacity will substanial
exceed the capacity of the treatment facility at Anoka. Subsequent sewer extensions wil
be subject to environm6ntal review and permit review and approval.
3. Construction impacts are expected to be minimal and transitory. Mitigative measures axe
available and will be incorporated into permit conditions.

CERTXFXCATION BY RESPONSIBLE GOVERNMENTAL UNIT

I hereby certify that the information contained in this document iis t~ue and correct
to the best of ~ry knowledge and that copies of the completed EAW have been made
available to all points on the official EQB distribution list.

Title Director, Office of Planning & Rev

Date
