A water cooled Liebert Mini-Mate computer room A.C. unit <br /> complete with humidifier and electric reheat. <br />2. Insulated cold water connection from the building water <br /> system in the lower level to the A.C. unit on 1st floor. <br />3. Drain connection from the A.C. unit 1st floor to the sink <br /> on <br /> drain in the kitchen on the lower level. <br />4. Check test and start-up of the A.C. unit. <br /> <br />The electrical work is not included.
