I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 984- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER FUNDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with City Policy the transfer of $7,060 <br />from Landfill Trust Fund #801 to General Fund #101 for the purpose to cover <br />cost incurred by the General Fund in connection with the Landfill (Legal, <br />Engineering and other Administrative costs directly to the landfill). <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council, City of Ramsey, hereby approves of <br />the transfer of $7,060.00 from Landfill Trust Fund #801 to General Fund <br />#101 for the purpose as stated above. <br /> <br /> 2) It is requested that a copy of this resolution be furnished <br />to the Accounting Department. <br /> <br /> <br />
