ii II TO: Mayor and Councilmembers :1 FROM: City Administrator I I I RE: Board of Adjustment ENCL: (D4-a) Information regarding request by Mr. Richard Cich to build an accessory building larger than permitted by City Code (D4-b) Information regarding request by Mr. Thomas Johnstone to place an accessory building in front of the front setback of the principle structure CASE SI: REQUEST FOR BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT VARIANCE FOR AN ACCESSORY BUILDING LARGER THAN PERMI'ITED BY CITY CODE; CASE OF MR. RICHARD CICH: Mr. Richard Cich of 6440 - 170th Avenue NW is requesting a Board of Adjustment variance to add 494 square feet to his attached garage which will give him an attached garage of 1,166 square feet. He does not have any other accessory buildings and his total square footage will be within what is allowable. We would recommend approval of Mr. Cich's request contingent upon his entering into a development agreement.
