I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE <br />~ITH DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED <br />BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />This agreement between Mr. Richard P. Cich, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", <br />and the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City, entered into this ~ day <br />of , 1984. <br /> <br />INTENT AND PURPOSE <br /> <br />To assure that the conditions of approval established by the City of Ramsey are <br />understood between the applicant and the City and that the applicant complies fully <br />with conditions and time frames as established by this agreement and plans and <br />specifications as submitted by the applicant to construct an addition of 494+ square <br />feet to his attached garage. <br /> <br />LOCATION OF PROPERTY <br /> <br />The property is legally described as Lot 3, Block 6, Shady Lawn Estates and is generally <br />known as 6440 - 170th Avenue NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> 1) That the applicant shall acquire all necessary permits to complete his <br />construction. <br /> <br /> Z) That the applicant's construction shah be compatible to the principal <br />structure. <br /> <br /> 3) That the applicant shall use his structure for the storage of personal property <br />and that no commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in said <br />structure. <br /> <br />5) That the applicant shall comply with all other State and local codes. <br /> <br />APPLICANT: <br />Date: <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY: <br />Date: <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />Richard Cich <br /> <br />It's Mayor <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />It's City Administrator/Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
