I I I I I I I I I I i I I I I I I CITY OF RAMSEY AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE · rI'TH DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY This agreement between Mr. Thomas Johnstone, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", and the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", entered into this ~ day of , 1984. INTENT AND PURPOSE To assure that the conditions of approval established by the City of Ramsey are understood between the Applicant and the City and that the Applicant complies fully with conditions and time frames as established by this agreement and plans and specifications as submitted by the Applicant to construct an accessory building in front of the front setback of his principal structure. LOCATION OF PROPERTY The property is legally described as Lot 1, Block Z, Traprock Commons and is generally known as 7550 - 158th Avenue NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. The zoning of said property is R-l, Residential. CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT 1) That the Applicant shall acquire all necessary permits to complete his construction and comply with all other applicable codes. Z) That the Applicant's construction shall be compatible to the principal structure. 3) That the Applicant shall use his structure for the storage of personal property and that no commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure. 4) That the Applicant shall file with his deed a copy of his agreement and that the Applicant shall provide the City with proof of said filing prior to the issuance of his permit.
