The month was not without its problems, <br />however, as some of the neighbors near the dwelling that Mr. Tom Sauter moved <br />in are quite upset with what is happening. Also, Mr. Smothers of Minnesota Sawdust <br />felt that he had been granted a variance to the sprinkler requirement of the code <br />rather than a temporary va~*iance as everyone else has been granted. <br /> <br />A letter was sent to one individual in regards to a failed on-site septic system, while <br />another asked the City Attorney to prosecute G.M. Investment Company for an <br />abandoned structure which has become an attractive nuisance. I would also note <br />that there has been no apparent action in the Randy Norcross case. <br /> <br />The second page of this report lists the permits issued for the month of May and <br />year-to-date and also mileage and inspections for the month. <br /> <br />CRB:pjc <br /> <br /> <br />
