Status of Subdivisions: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />As <br /> <br />Ce <br /> <br />Ds <br /> <br />Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: Final plat approval was <br />granted at the May 24, 1984 council meeting. <br /> <br />The developer has posted an escrow of $8,000 to cover a <br />grading plan and plans and specifications for the well. The <br />plans for the well were approved on June 12, 1984 and the bid <br />date for the well was set for July 10, 1984. <br /> <br />Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: A two-year extension <br />on Phase II of this plat was granted at your February 28, <br />1984 council meeting. <br /> <br />Pondvale Estates: Mr. Mary Kytonen, the new developer on <br />this project, was given until July 1, 1984 to pave the <br />streets, at the September 27, 1983 council meeting. <br /> <br />Meadowbrook Estates: The City Council, at its March 27, 1984 <br />meeting, extended the filing date on this plat until <br />October 1, 1984. <br /> <br />E. HY-10 Ramsey: The City Council, at its March 27, 1984 <br /> meeting, extended the filing date on this plat until <br /> October 1, 1984. <br /> <br />F. Ramsey Commons: The City Council, at its March 27, 1984 <br /> meeting, extended the filing date on this plat until <br /> October 1, 1984. <br /> <br />G. River's Bend: The preliminary plat was approved at the <br /> May 24, 1984 council meeting. <br /> <br />H. Oakridge Construction: The final plat was approved at the <br /> May 24, 1984 council meeting. <br /> <br />I. Sorteberg's Third Addition: The final plat was approved at <br /> the May 24, 1984 council meeting. <br /> <br />Beaudr~,'s 2nd Addition: Final repairs to be made on this project, <br />when Rolling Green Addition is paved. <br /> <br /> <br />
