The following proposed motion is hereby <br />submitted for Council consideration: <br /> <br /> Motion by ~ and seconded by ~ to approve/ <br /> disapproveMr.~Gene Kuss request for a variance to place a <br /> new dwelling at 135 feet from the normal high water of the <br /> Mississppi River instead of the 200 feet as required by City <br /> Code on lots 11 and 12 Bowers Mississippi Acres contingent <br /> upon Mr. Kuss compliance with all other City Codes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes <br /> <br />Voting no <br /> <br />DRAINAGE PROBLEM AT 156TH AND NUTRIA STREET N.W.; CASE OF MR. JIM <br /> <br />ARMSTRONG: <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Armstrong of 8501 - 156th Lane N.W. appeared before you <br />at your last meeting because of a drainage problem that exists <br />at his residence. Subsequently you directed the City Engineer <br />to prepare a report which is included as Enclosure D-2h for your <br />consideration in this matter. <br /> <br />Council Action: council action will be to direct staff on how <br />we should proceed with this matter based on the Engineers <br />recommendations. <br /> <br /> <br />
