Schnelle <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Building Official Clayton Berg <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Reporter Carolyn Thompson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Schlueter called the Board of Adjustment to order at 9:35 p.m. <br /> <br />BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Request For A Board Of Adjustment Variance To Construct An Accessory <br /> ~uilding Larger Than Allowed By City Code; Case Of Mr. John Hoglund: <br /> <br />Motion by councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Mayor Ga/nec to adopt the <br />findings of fact for the board of adjustment variance for Mr. John Hoglund <br />to construct an addition to a detached garage of 504 square feet. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Schlueter, Councilmembers Reimann, <br />Sorteberg and Van Wagner, Mayor Gamec. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />approve of Mr. John Hoglund's request to construct an addition to a detached <br />garage of 504 square feet which would give Mr. Hoglund a total garage area <br />of 1,296 square feet, contingent upon his entering into a development <br />agreement with the City. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Schlueter, Councilmembers Reimann, <br />Sorteberg and Van Wagner, Mayor Gamec. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: Request For A Board Of Adjustment Variance To Construct An Accessory <br /> <br />Building Larger Than Allowed By Cit~ Code; Case Of Mr. Scott Springer: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Mayor Gamec to adopt the <br />findings of fact for the board of adjustment variance for Mr. Scott Springer <br />to construct a detached accessory building of 1,120 square feet. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
