Council Action: Your action will be to review the above proposed ordinance. AMENDING GF DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR RIVER'S BEND: B. INTRODUCING OF ORDINANCE TO EXCHANGE LAND BETWEEN CITY AND RIVER'S BEND): ~he foll(~ing is hereby submitted on each of the above issues: I I I I I I I I I a) Amending of develolz~ent contract between City of Ramsey and River's Bend - ~he purpose for amending the subject contract is to allow River's Bend to install sewer and water along Waco Street NW. ~his will eliminate the need to tear Waco Street NW to install these services at a later date. Further, the developer agrees to assume these costs in the River's Bend project. The amendment to the River's Bend contract will be available at the meeting. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of amend- ing the develolmm-nt contract.
