I CIT~ (l~ AGI~~ TO GOARA~ C~I~CE CONDITION~ ESTABLISHED BY ~{IS AGI~~ entered into this day of October, 1984, between the City of l~amsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", and Grace Cc~unity Bible Church, hereinafter referred to as "Grace C(mmunity". WHEREAS, Grace Community has requested permission to use the lower level of the Ramsey Municipal Center to hold church services from May 27, 1984 through January 27, 1985 in the interim of their constructing a new facility; WT~F_.REAS, the City has approved this request contingent upon Grace Community and the City entering into an agreement. NC~ ~lqER~, for and in consideration of the mutual agreement and covenants and conditions hereinafter contained, IT IS BERRY AGREED AS F(~: 7hat Grace C~unity agrees their use of the l(~er level will be on Sunday morn- ings beginning on May 27, 1984 and concluding on January 27, 1985. II. ~at Grace Cc~unity shall provide the City with a co~] of their liability in- surance naming the City in their limits of liability through the entire period they are requesting use of the lower level. III. ~hat Grace C~unity agrees and understands that if another organization or group requests the use of the lower level during Grace Community's scheduled times, then Grace C~unity shall ~make other arrangements.
