I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT <br /> <br />RIVER'S BEND PLAT <br /> <br /> This Agreement is entered into this day of October, <br />1984 by and between the City of Ramsey--h-~inafter, <br />"City" and RIVER'S BEND PROPERTIES, a Minnesota <br />Partnership, hereinafter "Developers". <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> ~-mereas the parties hereto have previously <br />entered into a Development Contract dated August 31, 1984 <br />relating to the plat of RIVER'S BEND, said plat being located in <br />the City of Ramsey; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> Whereas the Developers have acquired fee title to <br />the following described property, which property is adjacent to <br />the plat of River's Bend to-wit: <br /> <br />A strip land lying West of the centerline of Waco Street <br />and North of 142nd Avenue N.W. which is legally described <br />as: <br /> <br />Ail that part of Government Lots 3 and 4, Section 25, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at a point on the centerline of St. <br />Francis Boulevard N.W. distant 480.00 feet <br />northwesterly, as measured along said centerline, <br />from the intersection of said centerline with the <br />South line of Government Lot 6 of Section 36, said <br />Township 32, Range 25; thence continue <br />northwesterly along said centerline for 250.00 <br />feet; thence northeasterly at right angles from <br />said centerline for 350.00 feet; thence <br />northwesterly, along a line to be hereafter known <br />as Line "A" for the purposes of this description, <br />parallel with said centerline, for 1100.00 feet to <br />a point to be hereafter known as Point "B" for the <br />purposes of this description; thence <br />northeasterly, along a line to be hereafter known <br />as Line "C" for the purposes of this description, <br />to the point of intersection of the two following <br />described lines: <br /> <br /> <br />
