'1 <br />'! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Counci 1 member <br />and moved for its adopt]on: <br /> <br />introduced the fo]lowing resolution <br /> <br />RES~UT/ON ~84- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CBANGE ORDER 82 FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS 884- <br />12 AND 884-18 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted <br />the fo]lowing resolution approving the following project in the <br />City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Resolution ~84-41 adopted March 12, 1984 for <br />River's Bend (formerly First Guarantee Property) <br />for municipal utilities and municipal trunk <br />facili ties. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted <br />Resolution ~84-191 awarding the bid to Arcon Construction Company <br />for the oonstruction of Trunk Sanitary Sewer; and <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, City Engineer Peter Raatikka of l~akanson <br />Anderson Associates, /nc. has presented Change Order No. 2 dated <br />Nove~r 6, 1984 recor~ending the following changes: <br /> <br />(~anges Decrease Increase <br /> <br />1) Add two double six- <br />inch service oonnections <br />to the 30-inch trunk as <br />shown on plan sheets 4 <br />and 7 at a unit price of <br />$195 each. <br /> <br />$ 390.00 <br /> <br />2) Add nine single six- <br />inch service cor~nections <br />to the 30-inch trunk as <br />shown on plan sheets 4 <br />and 5 at a unit price of <br />$175 each. <br /> <br />$1,575.00 <br /> <br />3) Add ~ four-inch ser- <br />vice connections to the 30- <br />inch trunk as shown on plan <br />sheet 4 at a unit price of <br />$150 each. <br /> <br />$ 300.00 <br /> <br />4) Add 500 feet of six- <br />inch service pipe at a <br />unit price of $10.20 per <br />linear foot. <br /> <br />$5,100.00 <br /> <br />Resolution #84- <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
