DAVID TRAN~: <br /> <br />Mr. David Tranby, the owner of the North 1/2 of the North 1/2 of <br />Section seven is requesting authorization to subdivide by metes and <br />bounds a ten acre parcel as shown in enclosure (D3-a). Mr. Tranby is <br />currently building a new house on the southeasterly corner of his <br />property but in order to obtain financing for the existing farm build- <br /> <br />ings (contained within the ten acre parcel shc~m), it is necessary to <br />subdivide a ten acre parcel, l~e has advised us that the bank will not <br />finance a twenty acre parcel. <br /> <br />We would reconm~nd granting this variance provided that no additional <br />building permits for new dwellings will be issued on any of the re- <br />mining properties unless they comply with the requirements of the <br />City Code. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of Mr. <br />Tianby's request to subdivide by metes and bounds. ~he followin9 pro- <br />posed motion is hereby submitted for your consi_~le.~ation: , ~/ <br /> Motion by //~ "~ and seconded by ~-~to 'approve/ <br /> disapprove of Mr. David Tranby's request/ t~ su~)divide by metes <br /> and bounds the ten acre parcel as shown in enclosure (D3-a) of <br /> Council agenda dated November 13, 1984 which contains the exist- <br /> ing farm buildings and that no additional building permits for <br /> new dwellings will be issued on any of the remaining properties <br /> unless they oomply with all the requirements of the City Code. <br /> <br /> F~)tion carried.
