BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />DATE March ~: 19P~ RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />OFFERED BY COMMISSIONER Burman <br /> <br /> PLACING A BOUNTY ON <br />THE DESTRUCTION OF POCKET GOPHERS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Anoka County Board has the authority to place a bounty on the <br />destruction of pocket gophers in the County of Anoka pursuant to Minn. Stat. 348.12 <br />and 36,8.13; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Anoka County Board desires to place a bounty of thirty cents per <br />pocket gopher for the destruction of pocket gophers in those municipalities or <br />townships that elect to pay the individual at least thirty cents per pocket gopher and <br />where said municipality or township will certify to the County the number of pocket <br />gophers destroyed by each individual: <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Anoka County will reimburse thirty <br />cents per pocket gopher in accordance with Minn.
