After the representatives from the communities were <br />finished, he then asked the RYAA, AYAA and the CDYAA representatives <br />to briefly describe what their needs are as far as recreation facilities <br />might be in the upcoming year. After they were done, Butch Brandenburg <br />asked Fritz Anderson to give an overview of how he interrelates with all <br />the neighboring communities in School District 11. <br /> <br />Dennis Donovan from the City of Ramsey explained their park system and <br />showed a map which diagrammed their existing park facilities as to their <br />location throughout the city. He then briefly described their park dedi- <br />cation ordinance which has been revised to base the amount of dedication <br />on population instead of square areas. Mr. Donovan explained that the <br />City of Ramsey has a very good relationship with the Hockey Association <br />with two large hockey rinks and a general rink located at the Ramsey <br />Elementary School. He then started to describe the development of the <br />Central Park which is their major park development for the upcoming <br /> <br />City of <br /> <br /> <br />
