Honorable Mayor and City Council - 2 - March 22, 1984 <br /> <br />The low bidder for Proposal I, North Star Drilling, Inc., is located in Little <br />Falls, Minnesota and has been in business since 1946. We, therefore, recommend <br />that the contract for Proposal I be awarded to North Star Drilling, Inc. for <br />the bid amount of $29,980.00 <br /> <br />The low bidder for Proposal II, First Impressions, is a Golden Valley, <br />Minnesota based contractor and has also satisfactorily completed projects in <br />the area.
