Counctlmembe~' ~orteb~, ~ introduced the followtnq resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br /> V,Z:SO~IOZi ~83-170 <br /> <br /> ~, the City of ~sey has certain plats that have not ~en <br />iinaled for various reasons and they are as follows= <br /> <br /> 1 ) R~sey Colons <br /> 2) Headowbr~k Estates <br /> 3) Hy-lO R~sey <br /> <br /> ; and <br /> <br /> ~, the City Co~ctl ts co~izant of the currently depressed <br />eco o y and <br /> <br /> ~, the City Cocci1 has received re~ests from develo~r~ <br />for an e~enslon of time ~o finalize their plats. <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Co.oil of the C~ty of R~sey hereby grant~[.: <br />an e~ension of time for the a~ve listed develo~rs to finalize their platting~;[ <br />retirements and said e~ension of time shall <br />~at if said e~ension of ti~ is not met, the plat will <br />and void. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Co~cil of the City of R~sey also re~ests that <br /> of this resolution ~ sent to each of the develo~rs infominq them <br /> copy <br /> of their e~ension of tim. <br /> <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br /> by Co~cihem~r Rei~nn and u~n vote ~inq taken thereon, the followin~ <br /> voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> ~yor G~ec, Co~ci~e~rs Sorte~rg, Rei~nn, Schlueter and Van Wa~er <br /> <br /> said resolution was declared duly ~ssed and adopted by the <br /> ~ereu~n <br /> R~sey <br /> City Co~cil this the 27th day of Septem~r, 1983.
