V. 1) Project Location: Phase I of the extension of the 36" g~avity trunk sanitamy sewer (fmom City of Ramsey border west to Sunfish Lake Blvd.) See map _manked as enclosure (l). 2) Project Activities: Acquisition of right-of-way and new con- struction of trunk sanitary sewer. 3) Detail of Number of Persons Benefited: How are they benefited: 5) Numbe~ of Low Income: This sanitary sewer ex- tension will be for the development of prime in- dustrial land which will benefit the entire City. The project will provide for development of this industrial land which will provide jobs and tax base (City, County and school district). PROJECT DURATION: It is estimated that it will not exceed one (i) year. Does not apply. COMMUNITY'S PROBLEM: VI. FUNDING: VII. The'community lacks commercial and industrial de- velopment and the providing of this type of develop- ment will stimulate jobs for the under employed and non employed. It will also stimulate a stronger tax base which would reduce the dependence residential tax base. A) Total revenues needed: $225,000 B) Total CDBG Revenue needed: $115,000 C) Source and Amount of other revenue: Special Assessment $110,000 DETAIL COST OF EACH ACTIVITY: The detail cost of this was taken from Feasibility Report for Trunk Sanitary Sewer and Public Water Facility for the 1983 Urban Area, City of Ramsey dated July 9, 1982, prepared by Peter Raatikka, City Engineer.
