a) Cash Flow Report For November 1983 - <br /> <br />Council noted. <br /> <br />b) Revenue And Expenditure Re~ort For Period Ending November 30, 1983 - <br /> <br />Council noted. <br /> <br />c) Memo Dated November 18, 1983 regarding 1983 Projects Denied And Costs <br /> Involved - <br /> <br />Council noted. <br /> <br />d) Transfer Of Funds - <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to adopt <br />Resolution #83-208 authorizing the transfer of funds. (Please refer to <br />resolution file for Resolution #83-208). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ga/nec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann <br />and Schlueter. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Schlueter. <br /> <br />Case #2: Approving Garage Door Openers Re~ardin$ Public Works Building: <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann stated that there are four doors on the garage, one <br />already has an opener, the second door could use an opener but the third <br />and fourth doors are not used as often as they lead to storage areas for <br />vehicles; only one additional garage door opener should be necessary. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter inquired if the City would still get a 10% discount <br />if buying one opener rather than three. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Mayor Gamec to adopt Resoution <br />#83-209 approving the purchase of one air power garage door opener for <br />the public works garage. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #83- <br />209). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Reimann stated that he would contact <br />Mr. Mevissen regarding Council's decision in this case. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann <br />and Schlueter. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Van Wagner. <br /> <br />Case #3: Review Of Probationary Period; Case Of Mr. Mark Boos: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />appoint Mr. Mark Boos to a permanent employee in having completed his <br />probationary period (which expired November 30, 1983) satisfactorily. <br />Further, it is directed that a copy of these minutes be given to the City <br />Accountant and a copy to Mr. mark Boos' personnel file. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann <br />and Schlueter. Voting No: None.
