Absent: Councilmember Van Wagner. <br /> <br />COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #10: Tax Forfeit Property: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />adopt Resolution #83-212 to retain certain parcels of %ax forfeit land for <br />public use in the City of Ramsey. (Please refer to resolution file for <br />Resolution ~83-212). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann <br />and Schlueter. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Van Wagner. <br /> <br />Case #11: Enforcement Of City Code Chapter 150.01 Entitled "Sewage Disposal <br /> Systems": <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle provided Council with a copy of memo ~f~om City Staff to ~ayor <br />and Council regarding Enforcement of City Code Chapter 150.01 Entitled "Sewage <br />Disposal Systems" and a copy of amendment to City Code Chapter 150.01 entitled <br />"Sewage Disposal Systems". Mr. Schnelle requested that Council review the <br />above and take action at their meeting scheduled for January 25, 1983. <br /> <br />Mr. Berg stated that there are two major changes proposed to the ordinance: <br /> <br />1. To the 'Existing System' section, which places a lot of burden back <br /> on the homeowner. <br /> <br />2. To the 'Licensing' section. <br /> <br />Case #12: Formulation Of An Economic Financial Policy: <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Reimann requesting that the <br />Ramsey Economic Development Commission submit a proposed economic financial <br />policy plan fo~~ the City to the Ramsey City Council for review and adoption <br />no later than April 1, 19~4. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
