Ramsey Parks & Recreation, <br />along with the Rumriver Art Center, present Art in the Park: Create Your Own Holiday Card <br />Workshop, on Thursday, December 1, from 6:30 — 8:00 pm, in the Elmcrest Park Building- 16303 <br />Quicksilver St. NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. In this 1.5 hour class, Rumriver Art Center instructors <br />will guide you to create your own holiday card featuring Ramsey's iconic Snowy Owl. This class <br />is offered for free- suggested donation for materials is $5 per person. Reservations are required <br />and space is limited.
