I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />CHARTER CO~4ISS ION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey Charter Commission was held on Thursday, <br />March 8, 1984 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gary Heitman, Chairman <br />Mr. Stan Data <br />Mr. Tom Greenberg <br />Mr. Tom Gamec <br />Mr. Dick Si~ber <br />Mr. Roger Buchanan <br />Ms. Brenda Bauerkemper <br />Mr. John Lichter (arrived at 8:42 p.m.) <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Curt Titterud <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />! <br />i <br /> <br />chairman Heitman called the regular meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Commission consensus was to approve the agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF CHARTER COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Chairman Heitman and seconded by Commission Sieber to approve <br />regular Charter Commission meeting minutes dated February 23, 1984 with <br />the following corrections: <br /> <br />a) Page 3, Second Paragraph, Fifth Line - Delete the word 'not'. <br /> <br />b) Page 7, Eighth Paragraph, First Line - Change the word 'it' to 'if' <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Heitman, Commissioners Sieber, <br />Bauerkemper, Data, Gamec and Greenberg. Voting No: None. Abstain: <br />Commissioner Buchanan. Absent: Commissioners Lichter and Titterud. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Sieber and seconded by Commissioner Bauerkemper to <br />approve special charter Commission meeting minutes dated February 28, 1984. <br /> <br />Motion failed. Voting Yes: Chairman Heitman, Commissioners Bauerkemper, <br />Sieber and Greenberg. Voting No: None. Abstain: Commissioners Gamec, <br />Buchanan and Data.
