I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Council will have to reappoint the City Engineer, Mr. Peter Raatikka, <br />by motion. In addition, this year the City Engineer is asking for an <br />increase An his fee schedule from $40.00 per hour to $55.00 per hour <br />and $65.00 per hour for private develo[ment work which can be charged <br />to the developer and a 2.80 payroll cost multiplier. In the past, <br />this multiplier has been 2.75. ~he engineer's fee schedule has not <br />been increased since 1979 or 1980. Enclosure (Dl-b) contains the <br />engineer's written request for this fee change and a oo[~y of page 6 of <br />the engineer's contract with the City. Paragral~hS 6A and 6B are those <br />which the engineer is requesting to be changed. ~his subject has been <br />reviewed by the Personnel ~ittee and they have given their approv- <br />al.
