On this day of January, 1986, in the City of Ramsey, <br /> <br />County of Anoka, the following agreement of employment terms and <br />conditions are hereby agreed to between the CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />hereinafter referred to as Employer, and DAVID R. HARTLEY, <br />hereinafter referred to as Employee. <br /> <br />~. Position: Administrative Assistant. <br />2. Effective Date: February 1 , 1986. <br />3. Terms of Emplo]r~ent: Employee shall be <br />retained as Administrative Assistant of the City of Ramsey for a <br /> <br />three (3) year period and may continue employment indefinitely, <br />as mutually agreed to by the Employee and the Employer for one <br />(]) year periods. <br /> <br /> 4. Terminatign...By Employer: The Employer may <br />terminate the Employee by notice in writing by certified or <br />registered mail, return receipt requested. In the event of such <br />termination while Employee is ready, willing and able to perform <br />the duties of Administrative Assistant, the Employer shall pay <br />Employee a sum equal to Employee's then current compensation for <br />thirty (30) calendar days. <br /> <br /> 5. Termination By Employee: Employee may <br /> <br />terminate his employment with Employer by directing thirty (30) <br />days prior written notice of termination to Employer by certified <br />or registered mail, return receipt requested. In the event of <br />such termination, Employee shall not be entitled to receive <br />benefits beyond the effective date of such termination. <br /> <br /> <br />
