,I I I I I I I I I ! , EMPLOYHKHT AGREEMENT I On this day o£ January, 1986, in the City of Ramsey, I County of Anoka, the following agreement of employment terms and I conditions are hereby agreed to between the CITY OF RAMSEY, hereinafter referred to as Employer, and DAVID R. HARTLEY, I hereinafter referred to as Employee. 1. PoaltiOl~: Administrative Assistant. I 2. Effective Date: February 1, 1986. I 3, Terms of Employment: Employee shall be retained as Administrative Assistant of the City of Ramsay for a three (3) year period and may continue .employment indefinitely, as mutually agreed to by the Employee and the Employer for one (1) year periods, 4. Termination By Employer: The Employer may terminate the Employee by notice in writing by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested. In the event of such termination while Employee is ready, willing and able to perform the duties of Administrative AssiStan:~'-~he Emplgyer--~hall"p~' ...... Employee a sum equal to Employee's then current compensation for thirty (30) calendar days. 5. Term in&t .ion By l~ployee: Employee may terminate his employment with Employer by directing thirty (30) days prior written notice of termination to Employer by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested. In the event of such termination, Employee shall not 6e entitled to receive benefits beyond the effective date of such termination.
