I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br /> <br />PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA, COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting fo the Park and Recreation Commission was held on <br />Thursday, December 19, 1986 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Blvd. N.W, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: <br /> <br />Mr. Dennis Donovan, Chairman <br />Mr. John Lichter <br />Ms. Marleen Looyen · <br />Mr. Don Lokker <br /> <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: <br /> <br />Ms. Janice Johnson <br />Mr. Bill Rustad <br />Mr. Ron Hetland <br /> <br />OTHERS PRESENT: Mayor Heitman, Claudia S. Dodge, Ramsey Community School <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:03 p.m. <br /> <br />The minutes were ammended to read Members Absent. Motion by Ms. Looyen, <br />seconded by Ms. Johnson. <br /> <br />Chairman Donovan reported that a lighting contract was approved and the <br />City is proceeding with concrete light poles. <br /> <br />The Capital Improvements Budget was reviewed. Chairman Donovan will ask <br />for city plans done in 1978 for the proposed trail that was submitted for <br />a Lawcon Grant. Chairman Donovan will ask for plans for Capital improvements <br />in Central Park for the January meeting. He will also ask City Council for <br />information about the landfil trust fund and how the money is to be used. <br /> <br />Claudia S. Dodge reported on Community School progrmm~ and gave an update <br />on the Teen Program. <br /> <br />Meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Claudia S.
