Voting Yes: Mr. Greenberg, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Hardin, Mr. <br />Muller, Mr. Alsdurf, Mr. Miller, Mr. Vevea, Mr. Kurak, Mr. Fults and Mr. <br />DeLuca. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />! <br />! <br /> <br />Mr. Greenberg turned the meeting over to Mr. Hardin. <br /> <br />Mr. Hardin called for nominations for the office of Vice President of the <br />Economic Development G0mpany. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Vevea and seconded by Mr. Greenberg to n~minate Mr. DeLuca for <br />the office of Vice President of the Economic Development C~mpany. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
