Northfork P.U.D.: All street work has been suspended until <br />I C. Rum River Hills: All work on the project has been suspended <br /> Until next spring. <br />I D. Sorteberg's F~urth Addition: All street work has been <br /> suspended until next spring. <br />I E. Alpaca Estates Third Addition: All street work has been <br /> suspended until next spring. <br /> _ <br /> I Pine Estates Plat 5: Final approval on this <br /> F. <br /> Whispering <br /> plat <br /> Was granted on January 14, 1986 contingent on meeting the <br /> requirements in the Engineer's letter. <br />I 2. Ford Brook Estates: No change ~n status from last month. <br /> <br /> I 3. Miscellaneous Drainage Problems: The ditch cleaning in Barthel's <br /> Rum River Acres has been suspended until next spring. <br /> <br />i 4. 153rd Avenue Alignment West of Puma: I met with Mn/DOT to <br /> discuss the proposed alignment connecting 153rd Avenue to T.H. <br /> No. 10 west of the Weigh Station. They strongly recommended <br /> a ainst it, due to the expense of constructing the intersection <br />I to accommodate the weigh station traffic. I w~ll be working with <br /> Northfork and Mn/DOT to determine the best location for T.H. No. <br /> 10 access. . <br />I 5. Churchill Estates Site Improvements (Oxbow Addition): We are <br /> currently working on the plans and specifications for the <br /> grading, fencing and landscaping for the Churchill Estates <br />I in the Oxbow Addition. We have set the bid date for <br /> apartments <br /> 10.00 a.m., February 4, 1986. Therefore, a ~ontract ~an be <br />i awarded at your first council meeting following the b~d opening. <br />' 1-4 <br /> <br /> <br />
