RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON I~IPROVEMENT (Bacjen's Onplatted ~86-3) WItEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets by sealooattng~ a) Ermine Blvd. N.W. , lying between Highway No. 22 and County Highway No. 83 Street N.W. ) County (Baugh b) Eaton Street N.W. lying between 176th Avenue N.W. and Ermine Blvd. N.W. c) 180th Avenue N.W. lying East of Ermine Blvd N.W. d) Halas Street N.W. lying South of Ermine Blvd. N.W. e) 176th Avenue I~.W. lying West of County Road No. '83 and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City Code. NC~ ~{EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF I~K/, AN(~ GOONTY, S~%'~ OF MINNESO~, as follows: I 1) That the proposed improvement be referred to [ir. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. for the study and that he is instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary I as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and to way as whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with I I some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recame~. ~he motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:nd upon vote being taken I I and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of January, 1986.
