TY OF RAMS E¥ <br /> <br />OONDITI(INAL USE PERMIT AGREEMf~? <br /> <br />~t~is agreement entered into this day of = . , 1986, between <br /> . <br />the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City, and Ms. Connie <br />Skarbakka, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," in conjunction with the <br />issuance to the Applicant of a conditional use permit to operate an accounting <br />business from her borne at 17811 Gibbon Street N.W. <br /> <br />~he conditional use permit is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant <br />agreeing to and o0~plying with the following co~dtt_tons: <br /> <br />1. Adequate off-street p~rking shall be provided. <br /> <br />Exterior displays or signs and exterior in~i~ation of the proposed use <br />shall not be permitted except as permitted in Section 170,05 of the <br />City Ox]e. <br /> <br />~he City of Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the premises at any <br />reasonable time if it receives complains from adjoining property <br />owners. <br /> <br />4. ~he Applicant shall be the only ~mployee of the proposed use and shall <br /> not hire another ~nployee. <br /> <br />5. ~hat said use shall take place solely within the lXinCip~l structure. <br /> <br />6. ~his ~onditional use permit shall apply only to that property legally <br /> described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 10, Block 1, Deerwood, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />7. ~hat this cor~]itional use permit agreenent shall be recorded as part <br /> of the Applicant's deed. <br /> <br />~e Applicant understands and agrees that the conditional use permit granted <br />herein is subject to review at any time and shall be reviewed annually by City <br />Staff. <br /> <br />Any violations of the oonditions described herein or any violation of any ot~er <br />City ordinanoes may be cause for i~mediate revocation of this conditional use <br />permit. <br /> <br />API~IG~NT: <br /> <br />Co ie <br /> <br />Subscribed and sworn to before me this the ._..__ day of ~, 1986. <br /> <br />Nota l~lblic <br /> <br /> <br />
