PLANNING AND ZC~ING COMMISSION <br />PJBLI C HEARING <br /> CITY OF RA~E¥ <br /> ANOKA OOUNTY <br /> $~]%TE OF MINNESO~ <br /> <br />~he Ramsey Planning and Zoning (k~misslon c~nducted a public hearing on <br />Tuesday,February 4, 1986 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota regarding Mr. Dale Voltln's request for preliminary <br />plat approval of Volttn's Oak Bill Estates. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br />Mr. Gerald Zim~erman <br />Mr. ~oy Sh~,way <br />Mr. Jim }]owell <br />Mr. T~rry [tendriksen <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Planner Anne Norris <br /> <br />~LL '1/) ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the public hearing to order at 7:45 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INGOT <br /> <br />Surveyor Jeff Caine and Mr. Dale Voltin were present. <br /> <br />Mr. Caine stated that the plat is a 40 acre Rarcel located south of Menkveld's <br />Country Park between Hwy. 47 and Nowthen Blvd.; it proposes turn-arounds at the <br />ends of Germani~ and Wolfram. <br /> <br />Becky Steinhauser - 6320 163rd - Inquired as to the n~ber of lots and their <br />sizes. <br /> <br />Mr. Caine - Replied that there will be 4 lots: 5-1/2 acres, 6 acres, 5.7 acres <br />and 21.9 acres. <br /> <br />ioree Davis - 6321 163rd Lane - Inquired as to how the plat will be accessed. <br /> <br />Mr. Caine - Replied access will be through Menkveld's Country Park; 2 lots will <br />front on Germanit~n and 2 will front on Wolfram. <br /> <br />Bill Weiss - 16053 Nowthen Blvd. - Inquired about future subdivisions of the <br />plat. <br /> <br />Mr. Caine - Showed Mr. Weiss a map depicting possible future subdivision <br /> <br /> Ms. Norris - Stated that she received a call from Mrs. Volt_in at 6410 162nd <br /> February 4, 1986 <br /> <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
