(Please refer to <br />resolution file for Resolution ~86-17). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Counci~r Reimann z~oted that this plan is not cast in <br />stone and adjustments can be made to it. Councilmember Cox stated that he does <br />not agree with the entire doc~nent but a plan is needed and there has been <br />plenty of opportunity to provide input. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
