the annexation is in accordance with the general plan of <br />development approved by them. Such addition may contain <br />additional Lots and additional Common Property, shall be in <br />accordance with the general plan of development, and the <br />buildings and other improvements constructed thereon shall be <br />compatible in terms of architecture and ~terials with those <br />constructed on the Property. Each addition authorized under this <br />Section shall be made by filing of record with the Anoka County <br />Registrar of Titles a Supplementary Declaration of Covenants, <br />Restrictions and Easements with respect to the additional <br />property, which shall extend the scheme of covenants, conditions <br />and restrictions contained in this Declaration to such additional <br />property. Each Supplementary Declaration may contain such <br />additions to this Declaration as are consistent with the purposes <br />and intent of this Declaration, but shall not materially alter <br />the Covenants and Restrictions contained herein. <br /> <br /> Section 2.4. Covenant to Convey Additional Common Prop- <br /> <br />erty.
