ar,g rr,,:,v~,d f¢,r Its adopt x,-,n: <br /> <br />RESDLUTION #86- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #1 FOR IMPROVEMENT <br />2 (Ch,.,r~h~]l Estates) <br /> <br />PROJECI <br /> <br />#86- <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Cc, ur, cji of the City of Ramsey <br />Resolution #85-240 approving the site improvements for <br />Estates Project #86-2; <br /> <br /> adopted <br />Churchill <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Resol ut i on <br />financing will not allow <br />$80,000 for this project; <br /> <br /> #85-240 states that tax increment <br />expending funds over an amount of <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted <br />Resolutior, #86- awarding the bid to Matt Bullock Contracting <br />for the site improvements for Churchill Estates and said bid <br />amount was $88,680; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a change order is required to lower the <br />project cost below the $80,000 budget amount to a total contract <br />amount of $79,335. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby <br />app,-oyes Change Order #1 to lower the project cost below the <br />$8~,00~ budget to a total contract amount of $79,335. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />secor, ded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following were absent <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />whe~-eupor, said resolutior, was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the amsey City Cuncil this the 25th day of February, 1986. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
