CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> <br />The proposed improvements are feasible and will benefit the area <br />served. It is our recommendation that the City proceed with the <br />improvements as presented, with the exception of the MSA Streets <br />Improvement Projects 86-13 and 86-14. These streets were seal coated <br />five years ago and appear in satisfactory condition. It is <br />recommended that the city Street Maintenance Department fill and seal <br />the cracks. <br /> <br />To obtain the most economical bids, we would recommend that the City <br />consider bidding the projects together and bid the projects at the <br />earliest date possible. <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br /> <br />
