1st year <br />2r, d year <br />3rd year <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />CITY OF <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the <br />sealcoating improveme~,t of such streets in accordance with the <br />report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a <br />portic, r, of the cost of the improve~er, t pursuant to the Ramsey <br />City Charter at ar, esti~neted total cost of the improvement of <br />$21,700.00. <br /> <br /> 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such <br />proposed improvement on the 25th day of March, 1986 in the <br />Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 P.M. and <br />the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of <br />such hearir, g and improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The rnotior, for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />and the fc, l]owir~g abstained: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Cour, cil this the 25th day of February, 1986. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
