Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with <br />reference tc, the seal cc, at ing improvement of the following <br />st feet s: <br /> <br />1) Yolite Street N.W. lying <br />N.W. and the South line of the <br />Acres <br /> <br />between 166th Avenue <br /> plat of Carol-Rose <br /> <br />2) Xenolith Street lying <br />N.W. and Lots 2, 3 and Park, <br />Haven <br /> <br />between 166th Avenue <br /> Block 3 of Sports <br /> <br />3) 166th Avenue N.W. lying between Variolite <br />Street N.W. and the West line of Sports Haven <br /> <br />4) 165th Lane lying between Variolite <br /> and Lots 3 and 4 Block 4 of Sports Haven <br /> <br />St reet N.W. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City <br />Council or, February 25, 1986 which report indicates the <br />following: <br /> <br />Estimated Total Cost of Project <br />Estimated Total Assessment <br /> per unit (individual property <br /> owner cost) <br />Estimated Annual Assessment <br /> pet- unit (3 year term) 1st year <br /> 2nd year <br /> 3rd year <br /> <br />$3,831.00 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY~ STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />CITY OF <br /> <br /> 1) That the Rar,~sey City Council will consider the <br />sealcoating improvement of such streets in accordance with the <br />repo~-t and the assessment of abutting property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey <br />City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of <br />$3,831.00. <br /> <br /> 2) That a public hearing shal 1 be held on such <br />proposed improvement on the 25th day of March, 1986 in the <br />Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 P.M. and <br /> <br /> <br />
