Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the sealcoating improvement of the following streets: 1) Yolite Street N.W. South b,:,ur,dary 1 ines Acres lying between the North and of the plat of Carol-Rose 2) 164th Lane N.W. lying N.W. and Variolite Street N.W. between Yolite Street 3) 164th Avenue N.W. lying between Yolite Street N.W. and Lots 4 and 5 Block 2 of the plat of Carol- Rose Acres 4) 163rd Lane N.W. lying N.W. and Variolite Street N.W. between Yolite Street WHEREAS, the report was Council on February 25, 1986 following: received by the Ramsey City which report indicates the Estimated Total Cost of Project Estimated Total Assessment pet- unit (individual property owner cost) Estimated Annual Assessment per unit (3 year term) 1st year 2nd year 3rd year $5,364.00 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: CITY OF 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the sealcoat lng imprc, vemer~t of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a port ion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $5,364.00. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 25th day of March, 1986 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 P.M. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of
