Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference tc. the sealcoating improvement of the following streets: 1) 154th Lane N.W. lying .W. and Argon Street N.W. betweer, Barium Street 2) Barium Street N.W. from the North the Halland Acres plat to the South of said plat boundary of boundary line 3) Argon Street N.W. from 154th Lane South boundary line of the plat of N.W. to the Halland Acres WHEREAS, the report was Cour, ci 1 c,r, February 25, 1986 following: received by which report the Ramsey City indicates the Estimated Total Cost of Project Estimated Total Assessment per unit (individual property owner cost) Estimated Annual Assessment per unit <3 year term) 1st year 2nd year 3rd year $3, 876.00 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: ~ITY OF 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the sealcoating improvement of such streets ir, accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portior, of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $3,876.00. 2) That a public hearir, g shall be held or, such proposed improve~ent or, the 85th day of March, 1986 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 P.M. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
