Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the se~lcc, at lng improvement of the following streets: 1) 153rd Lane N.W. lying ir, the Northeast Quartet- of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25 and the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, lying West of Sunfish Lake Blvd. 2) 154th Lane N.W. lying N.W. and Xenon Street N.W. between Hematite Street 3) Zirconium Street N.W. N.W. and 154th Lane N.W. lying between 153rd Lane 4) Xenon Street lying between 153rd 154th Lane N.W.
