Counci lmembe r <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESf~UTION #86- <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, D. ~homas Anderson has resigned from his position as Peace <br />Officer for the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, he has served with the City of Ramsey in the capacity of <br />Peace Officer for over eleven years; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Tom Anderson has, in his capacity as Peace Officer, <br />performed his duties and assigrm~ents diligently, faithfully and efficiently; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, he has, of his own initiative and with his skills, created <br />and conducted numerous in-service training sessions and has been heavily <br />involved in instructing citizens, young and old, of Ramsey in first-aid, <br />cardiopulmonary resuscitationandother safety classes. <br /> <br />NCW ~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY ~E CITY OOUNCIL OF ~E CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />(II3NTY, S~TE OF MINNESOTA, to hereby commend D. Thomas Anderson for these <br />acoomplishments and for his years of faithful service to the oommunity. <br /> <br />~he motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmenber and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the day of February, 1986. <br /> <br /> <br />
